This Privacy Policy explains how PMP Mocks ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use pmpmocks.com.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address and hashed password.
• Purchase data: the exams you buy, purchase timestamps and the corresponding Razorpay order / payment identifiers. We do not store your card number, CVV, or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Attempt data: your answers, timings, scores and any notes you generate while taking a mock exam.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and usage logs, used only to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To fulfil purchases and unlock access to the exams you buy.
• To save your attempts so you can review results at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security issues.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password reset, service notices).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, your card / UPI / bank details are sent directly to Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant servers. We only receive the payment status and a transaction identifier from Razorpay.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and attempt data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to ContactUs@pmpmocks.com. Certain records (e.g. purchase receipts) may be retained longer where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use only essential storage (JWT token in localStorage) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic between your browser and our servers is served over HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact ContactUs@pmpmocks.com.

8. Children

The service is intended for professionals preparing for the PMP® certification and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
