Once your payment is successfully verified by our payment gateway (Razorpay), the purchased mock exam(s) are unlocked instantly on your dashboard at pmpmocks.com. There is no shipping fee, waiting period or physical dispatch.
Each mock exam you purchase remains accessible in your account indefinitely, subject to these Terms and continued availability of the service.
After a successful payment you will see the exam marked as Purchased on your dashboard and receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account. If you do not see the exam unlocked within a few minutes of payment, contact us at ContactUs@pmpmocks.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
Because no physical goods are shipped, courier delays, customs, and shipping addresses are not applicable to purchases on PMP Mocks.
