Welcome to PMP Mocks ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing, or using our mock examinations at pmpmocks.com, you ("user", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

PMP Mocks provides online practice examinations designed to help candidates prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification. PMP Mocks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). "PMP" and "PMI" are registered trademarks of PMI, used here for descriptive purposes only.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Purchase & Access

Mock exams are digital products sold on a per-exam basis. Upon successful payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay), access to the purchased exam(s) is unlocked instantly on your dashboard for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not share, resell, publish, or redistribute any questions, answers, or explanations.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the platform.
• Do not use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All exam content, layouts, and copy on this site are the intellectual property of PMP Mocks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely for your own exam preparation.

6. Disclaimer

Mock exams are practice tools. We make no guarantee that scoring well on our mocks will result in passing the actual PMP® certification. Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMP Mocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the seller's principal place of business.
